The best dental office I've been to! I've been a patient here for 5 years now and never had a bad experience. All the doctors and hygienists are awesome! Very modern office with all the latest technology. This is the only office I've been to where I feel like I have a choice in my dental treatment plan. They are very transparent about pricing, making sure to show you all the cost info before any treatment is done. Every other office I've been to has just sent me a mystery bill in the mail after treatment. I highly recommend this office!
I have been to many, many dentists over the years. Being a GEN X we ate lots of candy and lots of dentist just drill and fill, long story short my teeth are BAD Dr Fuller was the best, then I moved 1 1/2 hrs each way. I tried 3 other dentists- Guess where I go...Shrewsbury dentistry! He just fixed an old front crown he's incredible better then I ever hoped! Wish I could post a photo馃摲 Also Kelli is awesome 馃憣
I have dental surgery phobia and went I found out I needed a root canal and a crown I panicked! I was worried about pain and the price. Thankfully, Shrewsbury Dentistry made it easy. Kelly helped me keep the payment as low as possible, walked me through the costs in detail, and most importantly, made me feel welcomed. Dr. Schroff and his team were great, taking good care of me during the root canal process. He knew I was nervous and made sure to check that I was comfortable! I got such great care all around that I will definitely be returning.
I travel over an hour to be seen by Dr Fuller and his team. As a dental phobic who has been scared away from multiple offices before I鈥檝e never felt so comfortable, understood, and supported. Kelli T is an incredible human being and saw me through a terrifying situation so I had the confidence to take care of something I鈥檝e been putting off for well over a decade. My husband commented that when talking with Dr. John before my oral surgery he could see that I was physically relaxing in his presence. I鈥檓 excited to be moving forward and hopefully having a smile I can be proud of for the first time in my whole life!
I wish I could give them a 100 stars . The girls at the front desk are amazing . I had to get a tooth pulled and Rose was so sweet she held my hand and helped me stay calm . She was wonderful!!! I鈥檓 a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist but not anymore because the doctors took such good care of me . This place is great !!!! My daughter had her wisdom teeth out a few weeks ago and they were awesome.
I LOVE THIS DENTAL OFFICE! I have had extensive dental work over my lifetime - fillings, root canal, crowns, and implants. This is by far THE BEST OFFICE I have ever encountered! Everyone is especially nice, with an extra measure of compassion and concern. They have the latest state of the art equipment including an in-house crown maker that allows you to get a crown from start to finish all in one two hour appointment. I have referred several other people and they were very happy with the care they received here as well. (They both had implants)
Dr. Fuller goes above and beyond to give his patients exemplary care beyond expectations. I highly recommend him.
Another thing I appreciate is the affordability of their services. If you don't have dental insurance (like me) they have a membership program, which for a small fee you can join and get HUGE discounts on all services.
No one looks forward to going to the dentist, but at Shrewsbury Dentistry on Rte 9 they make it as painless and pleasant as possible.
Initially, they attempt to push unnecessary procedures, charging exorbitant fees for seemingly basic services like fluoride. Declining feels like disappointment, as it's evident they're trained for sales. During four cleaning visits, an Asian lady merely performed basic water flossing, prompting my inquiry. The fifth time, a Caucasian lady conducted a proper cleaning, leading me to express concerns to the front desk about the inconsistency. Ever since, I've lost trust and refrained from further cleaning appointments. They can do better.
They were amazing. I had an International student who had a dental emergency and they saw him right away and were so kind and helpful! We will absolutely come back. Dr Fuller was great!
